  6. Add export to withings including workout time and calories

    We can already import data from withings but cannot export to it. In order to do this I must export through runkeeper but the calorie count is lost and reduced to a minimum by runkeeper. Adding export directly to withings will solve this problem.

  7. Add Sleep Time+ data to sleep data

    Azumio's sleep time data is a good sleep tracker. It is a good alternate to Zeo and does not require an extra adapter. My thought is that it would be good to pull the data from Sleep Time rather than push it to them.

  9. Audible countdown and 'last lap' info during HIIT and other workouts!

    Really need a 3..2..1..BEEP! Countdown during interval workouts. These workouts should also autolap at each step, so you can see 'last lap' info (pace, HR etc.) for the high intensity section you just did, while you recover (for example).

    This would put iCardio a serious step ahead of competitors such as Endomondo!

  10. Support different segments in duathlon

    Our club does regular duathlon training/events, with run-ride-run. Can you think of a good way to record this? Perhaps a button to change mode. Sharing to other fitness sites might require splitting into multiple events so each will be the correct mode, or make it configurable of whether to call it a combined "other" type of workout.

    Add Terrain to workout detail, such is Road (concrete & Asphalt), Track (rubber), Trail (wood chips), Gravel, Sand, Grass, Rocky, Uneven, Other.

    Add Hills to workout detail, such as Up & Down, Continuous Uphill, Continuous Downhill, Stairs, and elevation or slope %.

  18. Route Workout Option Selection

    I take different routes in my Walk/Run and would like the ability to separate each route so I can compare and monitor improvements in speed or HR doing the same route. Under the Workout, the drop down Option, would be great to show personalized routes or workouts. Right now I am using the Spin, or Hike, Walk or Run to separate different workouts, but it be much better if the named routes could be selected.

  19. Add resistance training. Include fields for both repetitions and weight.

    This could be done by sliding the pause and creating an option for, let's say Reps/Weight. The type of exercise could be included in the rotating selectors as they are done with Heart rate zones.This would work perfectly for all the P90X users (millions of them out there).

  20. During workout have the ability to post quick notes during workout similar to end of workout options

    At the end of a workout you can create select 3 options. Using this concept but applying during the workout - would be nice to be able to hit a button to record simple notes about a specific interval in the workout to record activity as it is happening to compare that to caloric and heart rates. For instance, on the workout screen could hit a button or icon and get popup choices like "Sprint", "Hill Climb" or "Interval Recovery" and they would be data points for the charts and entered into notes.
