During workout have the ability to post quick notes during workout similar to end of workout options
At the end of a workout you can create select 3 options. Using this concept but applying during the workout - would be nice to be able to hit a button to record simple notes about a specific interval in the workout to record activity as it is happening to compare that to caloric and heart rates. For instance, on the workout screen could hit a button or icon and get popup choices like "Sprint", "Hill Climb" or "Interval Recovery" and they would be data points for the charts and entered into notes. When an item is recorded in this manner, the other metrics tracked in the workout would be recorded also in the notes like this:

- Heart Rate Avg 130
- Calories Burned - 200
00:11 - Recovery
- Heart Rate Recovery -20
- Calories Burned - 250
Way to know how you are doing wrt to recovery as the same types of workouts are done each time and help understand improvement. Can't improve what you don't measure and so much of what is important happens during a workout and not just at the end. It is too much work to end a workout after a climb and start another so you can know how you are doing on climbing, sprint, and heavy resistance.
