Make the app work again on the metric system
The last update (ver 8.0) messed up calorie count and body weight and height entry for metric system users. It has been two months since the release and no remedy (I downloaded iBiker, logged in and abandoned the new version). Shouldn't you provide a fix?
10 votesThis has been done for some time. Sorry for the delay updating!

Add time back to screen.
I am very disappointed that the new screen DOES NOT SHOW THE CURRENT TIME!!! Nor does there seem to be any way to change the preferences for what is shown. who decided I wanted to see calories more than the time!
1 voteSee customizing the dashboards here:
http://blog.fitdigits.com/tips-and-how-tos/customize-dashboards-android/The defaults depend on the type of activity and sensors, but you can setup your own dashboard anytime. iOS has had this ability for a long time but Android is new.

Karvonen Heart Rate Option
When a resting heart rate is provided, the Karvonen % max heart rate would be a better %MHR to display.
It could even be noted as % mhr (k).Presently I have turned off the % mhr display in favor of bpm, and have to remember that 135 is 70% mhr (k) and 166 is 95% mhr (k)...
very different from the standard mhr where 135 is 78% and 166 is 97%.5 votesWe now have both Karvonen support and custom dashboards on both Android and iOS, which allows you to put any metric you want where ever you want on the dash!

Indoor sessions & location/gps sensor
When I select an indoor session, why can't the app be intelligent enough to realise that the location/gps will not be needed.
(And why does it always warn me about the location being turned off when I open the app - surely this should be when starting an outdoors session?)

Time buckets
Would be good if we could have summary data on the app in weekly or custom time buckets.
It is on the website, but why not have that (and total time in each zone etc) for time scales that the user can set, based on training cycles?
3 votesCheck the Menu > Activities. This option should be available by using the preset date buckets or by tapping the individual dates for a custom time period. Thanks!

show battery life on capable devices
My polar H7 smart Bluetooth has the ability to report battery life in other apps, it would be nice if digifit could show it too.
Thanks,
Tyler16 votesHello,
We do offer this functionality for capable devices on iOS. Creating a customized dashboard is required, however:
http://blog.digifit.com/2010/10/customize-your-dashboard/The option to display battery level can be found in the Cardio metric category of the metric screen.

allow the app to run in the background
pretty much every other fitness app out there will run in the background saving battery by not constantly requiring the display to be active. Digifit needs to incorporate this as well. It is pretty frustrating in the course of a workout to not be able to switch apps without killing Digifit's tracking

Keep the amount of calories burned on the digifit app. I love to see how many calories burned during my rides & runs.
The app doesn't consistently reflect the calories burned.

Integrate with the Health app in Apple's iOS 8
Please update the app for iOS so that it integrates with the new Health app now available in iOS 8. I would love to have it available as a "source" for data in the new iOS 8 Health app.
2 votesWe have completed development on Digifit being able to share with the Health app. We now just waiting for approval from Apple in order to release to the app store.

Add GPS distance in Heart Graph
I use your Heart Graph product when walking and running, and there would be nice to see what distance I have done, by use of the GPS in my iPhone.
Best regards
Hans in Sweden1 voteHi Hans – if you go into Settings, Activity Preferences, you can change the metrics that show on the top of the Heart Chart by editing the “Chart & Map Metrics” for that activity type.
Hope that helps! Thanks!

Indoor or outdoor - should GPS sensor know?
The App is launching GPS sensor wether Indoor or outdoor activity. What is the reason to have activities seperated anyway then?

Problem during checkout
I was abut to by two heart rate monitors, but after giving my addresses and payment data the system doesn't go further. It keeps returning with the following message: Gateway Response: Error. Error Connecting To Server
Any hints?
Best regards.
Zsolti1 voteHello,
This is a communication error between our online store service and the payment processor. We have spoken with them and they were working with the payment processor to resolve this. They said that this will mostly occur with foreign payment information and are trying to resolve this as soon as possible.
Apologies for the errors. Please try again and if you are still having issues feel free to email me at robert@digifit.com.

Have the option to Lessen heart zone voice cue information
I walk frequently and I'm familiar with my hear rates for each zone. All an experienced user needs is knowing when I'm in and out of each zone with no cue on the specific beats for each zone.
1 voteHello,
You can turn off the heart rate zone ranges through the app settings. Please see the steps below depending on whether or not you are using an iOS or Android device.
iOS: App Settings → My Activity Preferences → Workout Type → Voice Feedback → Turn off Zone Range
Android: Select workout type on home screen → Tap Workouts → Voice Feedback → Disable Zone BPM Range

Error reading cadence software iCardio
Hi,
I'm trying to use this sensor "Wahoo Blue Speed & Cadence Sensor" but I have a problem. The application iCardio shows about 1/3 of the value of the real rate (cadence).
The application of Wahoo shows the actual value without error.
What can be the problem?
I await your response
Best Regards
