more description and voice cues for advanced cardio (and other?) assessments
I did the advanced cardio assessment with spinning today. The 'coaching' needs some work; it would be useful to have a voice describe what to do as it switches intensity (easier than having to look at screen) and a more descriptive overview in the written introduction. When I pushed the start button, its not obvious that I was supposed to not start spinning. And as time goes on, I'm wondering even more what I'm supposed to be doing. A written description that says, "you'll start out just resting for 2.5 minutes, then at the cue, increase your intensity to zone 1 and maintain it for the duration of 2 minutes (or whatever the time was), then increase and maintain in zone 2 for x minutes, etc. I aborted my first attempt and hope I did it right on the second. I think knowing what to expect before I start would help me at the transitions. And when it says to 'prepare to do....' does that mean physically begin preparing with more exertion, or does it just mean to prepare mentally at the cue to increase exertion??? A few more details and voice prompts would be nice!! Thanks
