I upgraded my digifit app thinking it would work with my Polar stride BLE foot pod. This was quite a while back and I am still waiting. Beginning to doubt it will ever happen. Digifit was even advertising these foot pods for sale as being compatible on their web site.

I have been looking for a iOs app that uses full potential of Zephyr HxM Smart "Activity Level" and "Peak Acceleration" measurements. This way client like me that owns a Zephyr HR monitor + Digifit Pro can use their heart rate monitor indoors/treadmill distance/speed. Please consider this on this development.
Please refer to Zephyer HxM Smart page: http://www.zephyranywhere.com/products/hxm-smart-heart-rate-monitor/
Please refer to SDK: http://www.zephyranywhere.com/media/HxM2_SDK.zip > document "HxM2 Application Developer Guide.docx" under folder "Full Released Version"This would make this product 200% an incredible app for my personal use and for those clients that have both products.

We've actually been testing in-house with the Polar Stride Sensor, and have the Adidas on its way here to test with that too. We're hoping in the next few weeks... but tough to promise anything still as there are a few moving parts to the puzzle. Sorry for the long lead time all.

Adidas' speed_cell is probably the best BLE foot pod out there. If development is properly done, it can be used to measure cadence (RPM) on a bike. I am really hoping this will be released soon!

Thank heavens! Please make a big announcement when it's done. I am now using Polar's app but miss Digifit!

I use the apple 30pin to lightning adaptor cable without issue using the Wahoo ANT+ key, garmin foot pod (ANT+) and an iPhone 5.

Bluetooth footpod support would be good for my PHone5. My ANT+ still fits with my IPad which I use on my treadmill, but no good on my phone. Digifit still better than polarBeat so hope you can sort this.. Please.

I am going to be buying a iPhone 5 here in the next few months and ANT is not compatible with it. Need to get on developing for a Bluetooth foot pod. There are lots to choose from.

When do you think this will be available?

Polar has a Bluetooth footpod. Please add support. We are waiting. I'll never by the ANT+ crap.
