I’m trying to export my fitness data, but there is no visible export option when I click on the gear wheel. I have tried logging in on Windows, MacOS, iOS, and used Chrome, Firefox and Safari but I see no option as described in your faq support page. Can you please advise?

Had account for many years and recently upgraded through apple. They gave me this username “ 6tx43n3zbs@privaterelay.appleid.com” - I can access all my history under my “shaesaert17@gmail.com” ID, but it doesn’t recognize my upgrade to Pro. If I sign in with the Apple ID, none of my history show up. My Pro is active until August 27, 2021. How can this be rectified? Thanks, Susan Haesaert 617-733-9087
