change the auto pause to have a wait time for before and after and have both times allow a negative and a positive amount of seconds.
Sorry, negative seconds would mean just invoking it when slowing down, or knowing beforehand when someone is starting back up.

I'm having problems with auto pause too. Support answered it doesn't work whem there is no inyernet connection, and that is true. They suggested getting sensor shoes, but they would me about $100 to get in Greece - and I'm not paying out that !!! Even then, according to 1 comment above the sensors don't work.
Well, I've rum 400 kms with Nike+, and autopause works PERFECTLY. I think an otherwise perfect app. like digifit should look into Nike+. An update?

Auto Pause definitely has problems. If Digifit was buffering and analyzing the data, it would seem they could better detect pauses.

The current auto pause is not of much value. It starts too slow and ends to quick.
